Reporting is embedded into SkillsMapper to provide administrators and HR with the key metrics they need to drive the business.
These includes real time metrics on job roles, learning and career paths, which update automatically as employees engage with the system. Reports can be broken down by department or for the enterprise as a whole.
Reports can be accessed at any time by those users that have been granted administrative access to the system.
The reports are broken down by feature and allow administrators to first see a high level overview report and then drill down to more granular information for the enterprise as a whole or a particular department.
